You can never go wrong by always trying to improve yourself. Applying some of these 30 mostly simple habits to your life may help you become more content, active and interesting than you already are. Be the best person you can be and live a wonderful life.
This book is not based on any scientific or psychological studies. I am no expert on human behavior or anything else.
I do though, like to surround myself with active, interesting and basically happy people.
I have simply observed that most of them have and live out many of these habits. I try most of them and in my experience work.
I try to be the best person I can be and these habits help me to do that.
